This report documents the application of Google's AI service, "NotebookLM," at the LARP events "Quest of Labyrinth" and "Grand Cross Crusade" held in Japan. Its primary purpose is to discuss two key points based on this practical application. First, how NotebookLM can reduce the operational burden on small-scale LARP event organizers. Second, to explore the potential of NotebookLM to support and enhance the participant experience, such as by facilitating understanding of the event content and assisting with character creation.
